Underway: WHOs Eugenics "Health" Takeover
What creeps silently behind the Covid disaster, and "public health" in general (besides eugenics and population control), is a long-time on-the-docket global takeover. Globalist institutions such as the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, and the World Health Organization, have been preparing a subtle attack on the sovereignty of all the governments in the world. The Trojan Horse are the joint instruments of a pandemic treaty and amendments to International Health Regulations. Either one, or both of these would strip away national sovereignties the world over in the name of "public health." (The CCP is also along for the ride for power.)
The power of the "public health emergency" puts unelected power into the machinations of the World Health Organization and its director-general. The "treaty" is a convention agreement that doesn't require any review by a government body of power.
A new bureaucracy would be established for oversight and control by article 20.
Article 34 allows the bureaucracy to add protocols to the agreement without the consent of the public.
In theory, anything that could fall under the realm of "health" could be used in the takeover, including pet theories like climate change. This bureaucracy would push official narratives to governments for propaganda purposes.
Some of the proposals in the pandemic treaty:
Establishing an international supply network overseen by the WHO.
Funding the WHO's health emergency structures and processes by requiring at least 5% of national health budgets to be dedicated to health emergencies.
Establishing a governing body under the oversight of the WHO to manage the entire health emergency process.
Expanding the scope of power by implementing the "One Health" agenda, which recognizes that a very broad range of aspects of life and the environment can impact health and therefore fall under the "potential" to cause harm.
It puts the world on a narrative express to fascist-socialist control. Corporate and private interests have great power and influence over the WHO. Bill Gates is just one such example. Those that stand to profit are highly enthused over the possibility of a future global health emergency.
Then there are proposed IHR Amendments, legally binding rules between the WHO and international governments that provide a public health response to the international spread of disease, including international traffic and trade.
Here are some dangerous amendments:
Changes the WHO “from an advisory organization … to a governing body whose proclamations would be legally binding.” (Articles 1 and 42)
Removes language from the IHR preserving “respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people.” (Article 3)
Gives the WHO “authority to require medical examinations, proof of prophylaxis, proof of vaccine and to implement contact tracing, quarantine, and treatment.” (Article 18)
Institutes “a system of global health certificates...”
Empowers the WHO’s Emergency Committee “to override decisions made by sovereign nations regarding health measures.” (Article 43)
There is a deadline of December 1st, 2023 for the 194 member nations to REJECT the amendments to the IHR.
In this line of thought, on July 21st, the Biden Administration launched the “Office of Pandemic Preparedness Response Policy.”
So what can you do?
Speak up! Spreading awareness to others around you might be the single most important step you can take to push back. Also, by publicly stating your dissatisfaction with the WHO, you are able to influence others.
The globalists believe they will get away with their covid response, no matter how ineffective and bogus they were. What will you say? What will you do? The day is fast approaching.
